Before you start

Create a separate entry for each place you keep money. Avoid naming every account “Card”: they become hard to tell apart. The currency field applies to this particular account.

02

What to do

  1. Open the add-account form.
  2. Enter a clear name, such as “Main card” or “Cash”.
  3. Choose the type: cash, card, bank or savings.
  4. Set the currency and current balance from your bank or wallet.
  5. Save. Select this account when recording your next purchase.
03

If something goes wrong

  • Do not use a full card number as the name. It is not needed for tracking.
  • If this card already exists, edit its entry instead of creating a duplicate.
  • After tracking begins, use balance adjustment to correct the amount and check transactions first.
