A space is a separate ledger with its own accounts, categories, budgets, goals, subscriptions and recurring payments. One login, several independent pictures of your money.

• Personal money, the family budget, a small business or a trip — each is kept separately and never mixes in reports.
• Switch in one tap. Changing the space moves no money and recalculates nothing.
• Reports, limits and AI hints are computed for the space you are in.
• Several spaces are part of the Full plan. After a downgrade the extra ones stay readable: nothing is deleted.

A shared budget is a separate space that every member can see. Everyone has their own account and role — nobody has to hand over a password.

• Shared: the account, category limits, the savings goal and loans on the joint account. Personal finances stay personal.
• Roles: the owner manages members, an editor adds and edits transactions, a viewer only looks.
• You can see who spent what — no more "who paid for this?" messages.
• Invitations are links with an expiry. Anyone can join on any plan; creating shared budgets is part of Full.

AI removes manual entry and answers questions about your data. Decisions stay with you: the service does not give financial advice.

• Voice: "coffee 340 from my card" becomes a transaction with an amount, account and category.
• Receipts: a photo of a receipt becomes a transaction with the merchant, amount and date.
• Statements: a file from your bank is parsed into a list of categorised transactions.
• Chat: questions like "how much did I spend on cafés in July", answered from your data.
• Reports: a weekly and monthly summary of what changed.
• Auto-categorisation of new transactions and limit suggestions based on your history.

Honest about the limits, so there are no surprises.

• No bank connections: transactions are added by hand, by voice, from a receipt photo, from a statement file or from bank push notifications on Android.
• No investments, brokerage accounts or quotes — this is an expense tracker, not an investment service.
• Spendella is not a bank or a financial institution: no money passes through it.

Connections to the service are protected by HTTPS. In a shared budget, each member’s access depends on their role.

• Account names, transaction descriptions and notes are encrypted in the database.
• AI requests go only through the Spendella server. Card and account numbers and phone numbers are stripped from the text first, and bank notifications also lose the balance line.
• The model never receives your password or access to your account: it gets the text needed for the answer and nothing more.
• Processing happens on servers in Russia, and your data is not used to train the model.
• Sign-in is protected by two-factor verification — via an authenticator app or by email; the app has a PIN and biometric lock.
• Active sessions are visible in settings, and any of them can be ended.
• The account and all its data can be deleted by you in settings.
