Spendella is built for residents of Russia: servers and AI stay in the country. The legal policy still applies; this page is the same idea in plain language.

What we store

Account, accounts, transactions, budgets, goals, import files. Transaction titles, descriptions, and account names are encrypted. Other people’s rows are hidden by a global user filter.

AI sees only what the current request needs.
A shared budget is visible to people you invited.
Payments go through YooKassa; Spendella does not store cards.

Where AI is processed

Prompts go to Yandex Foundation Models (Yandex LLC) on servers in Russia. The browser never calls the model itself.

Input is wrapped against prompt injection before it is sent.
You can leave AI off — tracking and Basic analytics still work.
Consent and the privacy policy remain the legal source of truth.

How to revoke and delete

Cancel the subscription in two clicks: data and manual tracking stay on the free plan. Account deletion and personal-data requests go to support@spendella.com.
